Vicaima brand was selected to equip the Ibirapuera Park One, a high standard project, by Odebrecht Real Estate Developments (OR) situated in São Paulo.
The high functional and aesthetic quality of the dormitories of the Ibirapuera Park One development is guaranteed by the installation of the Portaro® (ready to hang door solution) with acoustic insulation, which provides tranquillity and comfort to the environments. For the entrance, the option chosen was the Portaro® Pivotal, doors of greater height whose hidden accessories reflect the authenticity of the lines and convey the space a differentiated aesthetic. Meeting the needs of the latest interior architecture, Vicaima Dekordor® SD finish doors allow the recreation of elegant, sophisticated and luminous ambiances.

Portaro® solutions from the Education Range were selected for the recent Nova School of Business & Economics Campus project, which has received several prestigious awards including "Best Development of the Year".
The modern interior architecture, incorporate interior doors with side panels and other configuration options such as swinging doors and sliding doors.
A key attribute of the Vicaima Education Range are its high resistance finishes, suited for intensive use, including Dekordor Heavy Duty (HD); the finish chosen for this project. In addition Pastel grey and white tones enhanced the amplitude and luminosity of the spaces in this development, which is in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment.
Nossa Senhora do Rocio

Vicaima products integrate the new Nossa Senhora do Rocio Hospital, the largest complex of Paraná (Brazil), with around 51 thousand square meters of constructed area. The normal Portaro® and Portaro® FD30 were the solutions chosen for the various areas of the hospital, so as to ensure maximum safety and comfort for users.
The selected finish was Dekordor SD white , which contrasted with the different coloured walls of this new hospital.

Highly experienced in the hotel sector, Vicaima is the door brand chosen to integrate the new NEYA Porto Hotel, a development shrouded with history, resulting from the rehabilitation of part of the ruins of the Convent of Madre Deus de Monchique.

The Neya Lisboa Hotel stands out for its focus on sustainable tourism.The concern with the environmental aspect is reflected at various levels, including the type of materials with which the project was equipped. Thus, for this four-star hotel the selection went for the Portaro ® FD30 with FSC ® certification by the Forest Stewardship Council, an organization which ensures that the course of the raw materials from the forest to the final consumer is carried out in a responsible manner, without endangering the forests. In tones of wenge SL, some of the products applied integrated different solutions such as Portaro® Inverse, double leaf, sliding or swinging doors.
